Antioxidnat

While eating out is great, I have to watch the level of antioxidant. Antioxidant is a good guy defending the body against heart disease and cancer, while helping to maintain youthful, healthy skin. When I go out, I tend to eat too much protein food, and not enough fruits and vegis. Although I am taking supplements, it is still important to have home-cooked dinner with lots of vegis and snack on fruits. Blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupes, spinach, nuts, and CHOCOLATE (can you believe it?) are all good source of antioxidant. BERKELEY BOWL is a great grocery store; their produce section is easily three times that of the local WHOLE FOODS. I envy folks living in the East Bay.
